The company was established on Oct,2004 with the core business idea of supply chain management, after 6 years development with more than average 40% increase yearly, now the company is one of biggest exporters in our business circle. The turnover of 2011 will be more than 50 million USD.

Fuzhou Longway Intl Co., Ltd now has complete function department. We have more than 1700 Square meters office in down town with around 80 employees. We also have more than 3000 Square meters factory building with showroom, salesman samples production lines. All these are able to guarantee necessary support for customers.

We build up special system to select and train new employees to make sure the good employees can become professional under scheduled training. We send new employees of business and QC department for 6 months training. And after final testing, then the new employees who pass test can go to our office to get further training. In our office, every week we hold one class to teach necessary professional knowledge such as size charter, shell fabric, color transfer and so on... And for the managers of each department, we organize them together every month one time to discuss and study some key points.

We have more than 500 Square meters showroom in our office to display more than 3500pcs samples. And we have set up our special administration system like library organization to manage all these samples. So we can guarantee everybody can get the nominated samples in short time and know how to hang the sample in correct shelf. All these guarantee our high working efficiency and easy meeting with customers.
